Is it a Q70 L? Does the L mean long wheelbase?

Probably not.........its built on the Nissan Maxima platform (mid size car)

Then which one would you say is their largest? (Q45 Is based on Nissan President I think)

The Q45 was the largest, but that model hasn't been made in 15-16 years. The only sedan made today is the Q50.
