Nissan has 7 primary models (4 SUVs, 2 cars, 1 pickup) they sell in the US for 2022.They plan to have 19 BEVs by 2030 and at least another 7 hybrids.
The GT-R has a starting MSRP $116,040 with 6 -speed Dual-clutch transmission 565 hp @ 6,800 rpm and 467 lb-ft @ 3,600–5,600 rpm , but Nissan sold only 57 in the US in 2022,
Are they just talking smack or is this really going to be a rejuvenated EV company?

Looks to be around 50 current models. Will Nissan electrify roughly half the fleet (as there's some that are really duplicates in there)? Maybe. The interesting thing with EVs is with the skateboard designs they're very modular. E.g., if you look at VW they currently have 12 models based on the MEB.
I drive a 2015 Infiniti Q50 hybrid. I am very happy with it, but the hybrids were only produced in 2014-2016. It has the workhorse 3.5L V6 and the two motors produce about 370 hp and 30-35 mpg.
Nissan has talked about going all EV for years, but never actually committed to it. I think they missed an opportunity to transition with hybrids.
