That area doesn't get much mention on this forum because it's not an area that lots of people are moving to. I suspect people in the larger cities and counties in the state would look at those projects and think they are small, but to a smaller, economically struggling community, those additions are a big deal.
Personally, I think this is one of the friendliest, most laid back corners of the state, even if they aren't rolling in money.
