Ok I have been filing sense Jan.22, 2012. I received a letter saying I would be disqualified and I wanted to appeal but I didn't do so in enough time. Even if I do, the guy at Esc informed me that it is better to wait til March 24, 2012 and I would get benefits, but he says to still file every week until that time. Why do you have to file if they are not going to pay you for ALL those weeks? Will we still get those payments?

The rep told you correctly. Two weeks without claiming will close your claim.
Also, if you were disqualified, it might be that your benefits will resume after 3/24 after you've served a penalty period. The UE offices require you file claims for all those penalty weeks. I'm guessing that is your situation. I can't think of any other reason why you would have to wait until 3/24.
In the event you eventually receive benefits, all those weeks you've claimed without payment will eliminate the penalty period, and your payments will resume after 3/24.
Ok thank you, and I called this past week to see when I would get these benefits and I spoke to a lady this time and she says, when I file this week, it will be like filing all over again. That doesn't make any sense to me. After filing all those weeks, why start the whole process over and not get any pymts from the previous weeks. Still not clear, please help!!!!!!!!!!!

I've already explained what has happened. Can't make it any clearer than my previous post.
NC reps have told you to keep claiming. So, do it.
I applied for my benefits 7 weeks ago, still nothing. Been doing my weekly certifications. Website says I have an active issue. Calls to the 1800 number don't give me any answers. My mortgage is now almost 2 months overdue.... any suggestions?
After being approved benefits my employer is now disputing the decision 2 months later. The first time it was rules in my favor now we are going to have a new appeals hearing.
What should expect?
If it is overturned do I just become disqualified?
I will have to payback benefits already received?
