Wow, never thought I would be home sick. Those are so beautiful. I didn't even realize I missed the place. What great photos from everyone. The snow in fargo with the gazebo...awesome.
If anyone has anymore of Minot, that would be great.
I haven't been there in 12 years. I know a lot has changed. Would love to see it.

Default Space Alien

Bar and Grill in Bismarck and Fargo, I'm surprised I see no picture of that place, it's a neat place to eat and especially cool for someone who has never been to ND. We hit there every year to eat at the Space Alien on our way to Mn I guess I'll have to learn how to put up my own pics I have of ND that I haven't seen here, the state is so cool!

Default Space Aliens

They have one of those in St. Cloud. The kids loved it and the food was good too! I never went to the bar area there, but I heard it was a big college crowd hangout. I think Thursday evenings were poker nights.

Default Take a trip to ND

I enjoyed everybody's pics of my home state. I recently went back after 37 years away and it hit me like a bus. I love the feeling I get when I see the wide open spaces, smell the sweetness of the prairie, and visit with the very friendly folks who live and work in ND. If you have never been there, or it has been along time since you were there, you should consider taking a tent and sleeping bag, gassing up the beater, and head out. If it's winter, go anyway, just leave the tent at home. We were there last January and again in August. Each is a beautiful time of year, just very different. Take some time to get out away from the cities, and check out some very interesting places no one else you know has ever been. If it's summer, start by camping at Ft. Ransom State Park and do a little star gazing at night.
