I got a suggestion to start a blog with pictures and detail about our trip from Florida To North Dakata, I have found a place to have it but I need a domain name....any suggestion? Needs to be short and catchy...westbound2012.com was one suggestion. I was thinking about people that went west back in 1800's by covered wagon to better themselves. If you think about it we packed our belongings in a camper and are going west (northwest). Please feel free to help us out with a name.
I'm sorry I have not been able to help you more with that. I am into blogging and internet marketing so would love to give some suggestions. I just am dealing with "Moderator cut: language hit the fan this last week and weekend" and have to deal with it.

That's ok Broncogirl, I am on the last leg of putting stuff in storage and cleaning my house...getting it ready for the renters. I will probably sit down to night and start the blog site. I was just hoping that someone could come up with a great name suggestion. I think my brain is to tired to add one more thing to it.

You and your hubby have demonstrated the best case scenario for a successful move on here....imo start to finish. Others will probably follow your lead. You be safe, check the weather often, spring can bring unexpected snow...but at least it doesn't usually stay long. Let us know what you see, how you feel, what you experience as you proceed w/ this new stage in your lives. Be safe, but have lots of fun on the way.

Our 2nd day on the road brings us to Birmingham, Alabama at 11:30am, beautiful countryside, so far an amazing ride. Gas in Florida $3.95 to $4.15. Here in Alabama the gas has been running around $3.67. I have been taking pictures along the way and posted frequently on fb. I tried to start my own blog site cost too much money and just couln't get it to work. I will keep posting on here as long as everyone wants us too. As always thanks to everyone for thier knowledge and encouragement. Hope to meet you folks when we get there.
Good Morning Everyone, It is day 3 and we are almost to Kansas City, Missouri. Just bought gas for $3.59 for gas. The country side is beautiful we are going from flat to hilly to mountenous and then back to flat. We drove through the Ozark Mountains last night in the dark it was a little challenging. A big truck got up on our bumper and got us loose once that was scarry (I guess my husband will be doing all the driving...lol) Anyway...thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.
