A new diesel refinery is in the planning stages in Burke County, by Ash Inc, Simi Valley, CA. It has approval from the Burke County Commissioner, a d is similar to the one built near Dickinson. Burke County can use the permanent jobs - around 60.

Other diesel plants are proposed at Devils Lake, Berthold, Stanley, and near Fairview on the Montana line.

Tesla is losing $15,000 / car, bUT it's investors don't seem to care.

Once they get some production kinks straightened out and improve efficency they will turn a profit on their vehicles. Also they are gearing up for a mass market car that will cost 35k traditional automakers are scared to death!
