Does anyone else have problems with this? We have a rental property in Del City... WE feel trapped since we cannot sell house till it is "up to code", neither can we rent it out after we part ways with our current tenant. I feel that this tenant is taking advantage of us .:
Really feel frustrated... Our tenant never , ever pays on time... Has brought family members not on our lease agreement to live there. Since we live 30 minutes away we cannot check on this all the time.) (Had a pit bull there for quite some time before we found out... At this point, need to know of OKC attorneys that can help get this straightened out...

I have heard many investors complain about the new city code laws in Del City. Many of them refuse to buy there for that reason.

Good! It helps keep slum lords out of our town and yes you can sell as is, not going to get much but if you can't even keep your property up don't want y o u here del city Is no tougher on occupancy permits than any metro city just have to take pride (care) in your properties (town)
