You're moving to the biggest metro area in Oklahoma, which includes Moore. All those desires should be no more than a short drive away. For starters, Moore has one of the finest movie theaters in Oklahoma.

Moore has also been hit by some of the states most violent tornados. Whatever you buy make sure it has a good storm shelter.

Much of the shopping you inquired about is in Norman. For Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, you would go up to Nichols Hills in OKC.
There is no Costco...sigh...even Edmond doesn't have one.
Horse farms/equestrian facilities: most of them are north of Edmond. However, there are a few down by Norman, too.
You can definitely find a house in your price range in Moore. If it doesn't have a storm shelter, ask for an allowance because you need one.

OKC has a pretty nice obedience training- we used to take our GSD to get her basic obedience training. And there is a nice crowd of dog show enthusiasts.
