The last year my joints have gotten stiff and am having trouble getting around. My knee decided to act up and it's just been one thing after another. I was thinking about all the rain we've had here and wondering if that could cause my issues????? I asked my Dr. and he said he's had a lot of patients come in complaining and he said it's the dew point??? I'm from California and have never experienced this before.....Just curious if anyone has been noticing some aches....Maybe I'm getting old? Nah!

But the rain has let up in Oklahoma. I don't notice joint pains or stiffness with change in weather even though I'm getting old. Being disciplined enough to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, such as by walking can help prevent health problems, along with losing weight, if overweight, as I have done by losing close to 25 lbs. But I'm still trying to come out of my laziness to start exercising each and every day. Walking/jogging the 3.3 miles around Boomer Lake is one of my favorite ways to exercise. If you don't use it, you're liable to lose it.
