Recommend an inexpensive place for men's barber shop (~ $10) and dress shirts laundry ($1.xx prepaid on hangar ironing) in and around Tustin area?

I don't know, but I'd slip over into Santa Ana for anything I wanted at lower cost.

You might find some "Old School" Barbers in Santa Ana, perhaps Costa Mesa, Westminster, or Garden Grove area but even then probably be more than $10. Any chain location or even most barbers are going to probably be closer to $20.

As for Dry Cleaning, $2 is probably stretching it, you may find some around $3 in the same areas.

But what area are you in? If you are going to need to spend 20-30 minutes driving to get to a place you may find it just better to find a place closer to you even though it may be more.
