I'm sorry but I thought you said Orange? There is a UCI Medical Center on City Dr.

Are you talking about Irvine or Orange?

For Orange, the best place to live would be Seal Beach. (For commutes sake). Hop on the newly widened 22 and be at work in about 25-30 minutes.

During rush hour, Huntington Beach gets congested on the 405, so if you moved to HB, your best bet would be to take Beach Blvd. all the way to the 22. I think it would take about 35 minutes. Huntington Beach is a big place so if you were to move say-by the beach-add about 15 minutes to your prospective commute time.

Due to your work, I would not consider Newport Beach(although a great place to live), nor would I consider Long Beach besides the sections of Belmont Shore, Naples, and Marine Stadium. I hope this helped.
