It sounds like he will either be freezing his behind or racing with Kangaroos.
I wonder if he lives in Irvine?

Even though I agree with him to a certain extent, I still think there is hope...I won't be around to see the really crappy days ahead anyhow.

Some Google Earth KMLs with demographic and census data (haven't checked them out; if they suck, I'll ask the mods to delete this)

Found this tool on Zillow for mapping school performance:

Best Schools: Ratings, Reviews, and Grades - Zillow School Information

There's a high pass slider at the top so you can map only the higher performing schools. You can zoom out and see what communities in Southern California have the better performing schools.
Also, if you click on a school, you can see that school's attendance boundary. Pretty useful.

Yes the above given url's are really useful in getting all required things while relocating, but how about the packing & shifting issues can be resolved, though we know that there are many such service agencies offering services under competitive rates but one requires a professional agency to look after all needs without any hassles, since relocating cannot be a easier job.

Since Redfin, Zillow, and Trulia tend to have incorrect information I only recommend Any Home Question. This way, people don't have to waste their time searching for unreliable information.

Charles used to proudly, and frequently, proclaim that he had racked up the highest number of infractions of any C-D member; and that the mods could back up that assertion. There were multiple suspensions in the past.

Who knows, but maybe that had something to do with it? It's too bad, because he often made valuable contributions to this forum.
