Anyone know of any good set of stairs, or stadium, arean or bleechers that are open to the public in east orlando, alafaya trail area. I have been running the stairs for years and its a great workout. I was spoiled as my school had an empty arean where we had access. Looking to get back at it asap!
Thanks in advance.

This is an old post but I need some stadium steps in Orlando too. Does anyone know if you can run the steps at UCF arena or the downtown stadium. Thanks.

Most of the high school stadiums are actually pretty big. Dr Phillips, Edgewater, Lake Brantley, all have big bleachers good for running stadiums.

Thanks Crane, I will check it out. Someone told me UCF's stadium was closed to stair-seekers and I don't know about the larger stadiums. I know we use to use Showalter field track but not sure if it is accessible to public these days.
Does anyone know what the larger stadium in Orlando is called? Tangerine Bowl???
