Hi,

Does anyone have any insight on the best apartment complexes for families?

We are a family of 5 (3 young boys) and a dog (beagle).

We don't want to be a nuisance if the community is young people, singles, college kids, retirees ... we're looking to be around other noisy families like us.

We need 4BR but will take 3BR since it's just temporary, we'll be aggressively looking for a home.

What are the differences in the three Colonial properties around Heathrow? Any of them specialize in families?

Colonial Grand at Town Park 1050 Colonial Grand LaneLake Mary, Florida 32746

Colonial Grand at Lake Mary 225 Sunlight LaneLake Mary, Florida 32746

Colonial Grand at Heathrow 1122 Greenstone Boulevard Heathrow, Florida 32746

and how are these below ..

LEGENDS LAKE MARY

BELL TIMACUAN

SUN LAKE APARTMENTS

PEBBLE CREEK

We're not looking for luxury but nice pools and playgrounds would be nice. We certainly want safe, clean, no drunks or drama, and attentive management.

Anyone with some good advice?

Thanks.

From what I know of the area I would recommend the Timacuan properties (Bell Timacuan and Legends) and Pebble Creek over the other options in terms of wanting more of a family base versus singles/young professonals.
