I am hoping there is a really obvious answer to this question that I just don't know about.
What is the best way to find a rental house in Orlando?
Are there reputable rental agencies to use? We have been warned that some of the houses on craigslist and zillow are actually foreclosures and are scams. We will be out there in 2 weeks and will only have about 10 days to find a rental that works for us.
Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!

I think the best way to find a rental is to drive around the neighborhoods you're considering and find rental signs. So many houses for rent aren't listed, and you might find the rent by owner to be considerably cheaper.

Contact 3 different realty companies and interview them about their services.

Any realtor can show you around. (although not many will since they do not get paid much for rentals)
