"Boyfriends" in 5th grade?

i think some parents don't put their foot down enough considering these things . No kids in 5th grade should have a bf or a gf and my kids never did and I had my first real bf in first year of college because my parents did not allow dating in high school so I ignored most boys in my classes and my mother was very strict about following her rules . no bfs or gfs until college .I suggest some of these posters set some rules for their kids and monitor their kids more closely .
