I'm older than you are. Probably decades older. Every year, I cross my fingers and hope that they do well. This past weekend, I watched Invincible.

That's a Philadelphia story.

Why do people put up with them when they have not won a champion in over 50 years and that one predates the Super Bowl?

Has it occurred to anyone yet that Lurie can't do what he continues to claim he can? He's owned the Eagles for over 20 years.

It could be worse, gang.

You could be a Browns fan (like me). It's horrible.

Half of the teams in the NFL have never won a super bowl, Philly is not special. KC won the very first one, but that was 50 years ago. Miami won back to back, but that was in the 70s. There are less than ten teams with strong memories of recent titles.

Winning a super bowl is hard.

I think its a big issue for the eagles because they are the only team in the division that never won a superbowl. While the cowboys have four, giants have four, and the skins have three.

Indeed it is, but the Kansas City Chiefs won the fourth Super Bowl, which was a reprise of the first "AFL-NFL Championship Game," which the Chiefs lost.

They haven't appeared in a Super Bowl since, much to the dismay of the crowd that frequents Big Charlie's Saloon at 11th and McKean.

He's essentially grown old here without any great tangible results. Meh...
