thinkin' about moving to PA... any suggestions? (Chester, West Chester: condo, how much)

hi all. I am looking for a new home and wonder if anyone had suggestions for me in PA. I was thinking about West Chester but am open to other areas. thanx kindly.

Do you want or need a yard? yes, I want to have a garden in the sun

Just think cottage on the water - but not too too far from the city.
