Nothing to write home about with a glimmer of hope for the future.
I notice the article is dated before the news was released that Phoenix experienced the third most job growth in the country between Sept '09 and Sept '10, and before our unemployment fell below the national average. In light of that and some other factors, the AZ Republic's predictions may be a bit off. We'll see, I guess.
