Do vacancies increase during April and May?

More competition between apartment complexes?

Move-in incentives?

Are 6 month leases common?

Thanks

Why would April and May be prone to more vacancies? Maybe consult the owner of the apartment building to get an idea on when vacancies happen the most.

What I found out is most rentals have a low season, October through March and the most expensive season is summer. https://www.apartmentlist.com/renter...artment-search The PHX market is no different. Cheapest month is December, most expensive month is June. https://towardsdatascience.com/best-...y-f19aaa1378ae
