Please read the appropriate DISCUSSION THREAD to be up to date before posting. You may post as many photographs in the discussion thread but the actual contest thread

The theme in the "Theme" contest is determined by the winner of the last contest. It is also discussed in the current "Theme Contest" discussion thread. All photographs must have been taken within 30 days of the date you submitted them. The contest will end at the end of the month.
To be able to stay on a monthly schedule, the last day for submitting entry photographs will be five days before the end of the month, ie, if the month ends on the 30th then photos must be submitted no later than the 25th. If the month ends on the 31th then photos must be submitted no later than the 26th. Etc...
(NOTE I HAVE JUST CHANGED THE THREE DAY TO FIVE DAY)
The poll will be opened the day after last day for submitting entry photographs.
One photograph per contest and one vote per member. You may not vote for yourself.
Please add your title and any information that you want to share. We do enjoy knowing
You have 90 minutes to alter your post. If you need help with the title or information, just DM me Poncho_NM and I will fix it for you.
Do not use the entry thread for discussions. There is a separate thread to be used for discussions.
If you have an suggestions, you may DM me Poncho_NM .
The theme for this contest is "Patterns in nature: water" any pattern made by water or pattern within water, example swirling water, water drops, ridges in sand from tide, etc. Or rain puddles drying patterns, puddles collecting rain drops, rain drops on plants for a few ideas.... which was chosen by last months winner blueflames50.
How do you find something about water in the middle of a drought, I was fortunate enough to be up early one morning with a heavy dew on the few blades of grass still surviving.
One in Every Crowd
- kids playing in the geometrically laid out public fountain at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri on Saturday, June 11th, 2011. The one in every crowd? The kid who is laying on a fountain jet to prevent it from spouting water. As you can see, some kids use their hands. This kid believes, if something is worth doing, it's worth doing right.
