It's all in what you see ~ and how you see it! ;-)
There are several major cities that have restaurants / observation decks atop some of their larger buildings. One that comes to mind right now is the Hilton Hotel downtown Phoenix. I believe some of the other cities are Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, and Chicago – but I’m not sure of each one. These restaurants / observation decks rotate, just like the restaurant / observation deck at the Space Needle. The only difference is the support that holds it up in the air. Now did my photo talk about the support (legs) of the item? No.
There is nothing in the rules that say you can’t blacken out parts. It’s better to have it blacked out, then to have it reduced to such a small part you can’t see it clearly. Also upside down should not have made much of a difference because of the “main” part of the restaurant / observation deck portion of the building or item pictured. The bottom of the Space Needle was the bottom ~ I couldn’t put it at the top ~ Could I?
Well I did tell you that it moved? Remember And it could also mean that the Space Needle moved ~ it does go around, but the picture was also moved upside down. (fun for me)
you gave really good clues, i guess was only thinking about the moving of the building, when you said that not that you would be moving the pic.
But congrats to jgussler, good guess work
