That's what happens when you live in a police state like the USA. If I went out and tried to attract some Police harrassment by doing something weird maybe, but perfectly legal I doubt I could get a cop to look at me twice. The cops here have learned it might cost them their job, earn their force a huge fine and otherwise just really mess up their lives.
Guess the biggest gang in Amerika is having a hard time getting people with brains to work for them now.
