Daylight Savings Time is what most of us just "sprang forward" into last weekend, turning our clocks forward 1 hour.

Standard Time is what we were in before that, for most of the winter.

If the govt passes a law eliminating the twice-yearly "Spring Forward, fall back" routine, which would you like to be on permanently?

Or would you like them to NOT pass this law, so we will keep changing the clocks twice a year?

I'm retired so I don't care! My husband and I watch a movie during dinner, so we schedule dinner according to the sunset, not according to what time the clocks say it is. We only pay attention to our clocks when we have an appointment that day.

I remember when I was in high school in the 70’s they tried permanent daylight saving times, school kids were going to school while it was still dark.

I stopped wearing a watch and keep the calendar for appointments. Don’t care what time rise or set or eat. Retired life!

Why do we have to stop changing the clocks? What was wrong with it? People crying over losing/gaining one hour?!?

I’m babysitting my three grandchildren, a toddler, preschooler and kindergartener, working harder then when I was working.

I think it is kind of fun to change the clocks. It gives us all a shake up and something to complain and joke about.

I say keep it.

Personally I do not care what the time is. it doesn’t really matter does it? Sure everyone has trouble adjusting to the hour changes but who cares?
