Neither of the restrictions you mentioned.

There are restrictions such as mandatory mask-wearing and keeping 6-foot distance inside buildings typically enforced by the merchant or facility.

You can check with the Oregon Health Authority for Covid19 status.

One caution if you haven't been fully vaccinated: I hear that Idahoian behavior is much like Texas. They aren't using masks or keeping a safe distance. Be wary.

Quarantine and covid testing required for Hawaii and perhaps Alaska. Canada is closed.

For the protection of others.... If coming from an area of high community spread, you should get tested and quarantine until proven negative. Iirc, TX is ~ 10x the Rm of Oregon. Free testing is available in metro areas. Rural you may need to pay. $1.78 in South Korea or up to $280 in USA. (Support of our 'poor' USA healthcare system)

Asymptomatic Super Spreaders are of great concern. Test even if (especially) you have no symptoms. As we should have been doing daily since Feb 2020. Very simple way to save 500,000 lives and millions of jobs.
