I wanted to update this thread after seeing it. We found out 2 days ago we are pregnant! Almost 7 weeks along. We never went through fertility or any testing. We were so surprised to find out after me having some odd symptoms that turned out to be obvious pregnancy symptoms. Have our first OB appt march 5. It has been 8 1/2 years.
I just wonder why someone would keep trying for 7 YEARS!
Like in my original post, we have not been "trying" meaning we do not follow a schedule, never gone to fertility specialists, do anything extra at all.. we just simply haven't used any contraceptives to stop it from happening.

I talked to my mom about TTC recently and she told me how it took her 7 years to have her first baby & they never used birth control. Just god's plan. Similarly my grandma (dad's mom) took 6 years before she got pregnant. I am hearing lot more stores of couples who got pregnant years later. Just time & when its meant to be
