Hi,
First timer here. I sleep on my stomach and can't sleep on my back or side. I am now not able to sleep on my belly and it really has upset my sleeping rhythm. Any ideas? I've tried side a lot and twisted side a lot with pillows, doesn't work well for me.
^^ This ^^ I was always a stomach sleeper until the middle of my pregnancy. I found a pillow under my belly helped as did sleeping on the couch where my back was up against the back of the sofa.
