Probably not as a 'rule', but if there's an alignment issue they might help. I've had a recurring alignment problem for over 40 years, and the pain can be excruciating. Can't imagine adding that to the 'normal' pain of giving birth.
There is no way for there to be an "alignment issue" with regard to the female pelvis and labor. The joints in the pelvis can soften and stretch, but that is a hormone effect and nothing that a chiropractor can do about it.
