Once again the new TitleTown got 'er done but without a run game whatsoever! that proves beyond a shadow of doubt that this years team is the most balanced of any playing on sunday, I just hope it lasts.
Again I must be alone on this subject, The Titans have once more showed their flash of greatness but only when it is absolutly necessary to put away the very game but often lame Jack Del Rio led Jaguars. This makes them one of a handfull of teams to start this well and all but secures their playoff presence, all I can hope for is a happy Feb. 1st.!!!
It is really strange, watching the team play without hearing or seeing any media coverage on them. I get the feeling they are a good team, with good players. I also get the feeling they are not "great", as their record seems to indicate, and it come crashing down around them at any time. It seems like they do just what they have to, to get by. I hope I am wrong and they make it all the way! Still pulling for my Titans though!
And the town that dreaded sundown was Nastyville, we all knew it would happen sooner or later. But the game as a whole was lost with the CJ fumble because the Jets marched down and scored, then the crowd was out of it and I knew then the Titans were up against their most formatable opponet yet, take away all the mistakes, dropped passes and bogus calls and the Lions would have had their one shot at glory taking it to a 11-0 team who's o-11 on Turkey-Day! Damn it! I just hope we can get redemption in January with the red-hot Brets!

Mistakes? Dropped passes? Bogus calls?
How about a little truth?
45 net rushing yards says the Jets' defense kicked butt!
34 points against a defnse normally yirlding 13.1 ain't too shabby either.
But rest easy, the Titans won, the original football Titans! And they didn't need the crowd to do it!
Yes the Titans did have their worse outing in a long time offense & defense alike which aided the Brets (which Favre is held in high regard IMO) but the fact is -thats what it took for "yous guys" to win. The Brets are a surprise team so far just ask anyone, so if you disagree (Quote) "You can't handle the truth!"
