Happen to see your post. While I can't help you with a company as I live in PA, I could tell you I worked in service for a propane company in my area for 8 years.
All you need to do is pull off the two knobs in front of the grill. Then you will see two nuts one on each side. Take them off as well. Next there should be a couple screws holding the burner in place. Remove them and pull out the burner.
Last step, take all the parts you just pulled out "expect nuts/screws" to your local propane dealer. They will replace the NAT, with Propane, give you back the parts in a day or so. Then just put the new parts back in your grill.
I know around here If the company sent us out to do something simple like that you would be charged a min, of 85.00 an hour + parts. They charge so much because if you think about it you can just go to wal-mart and buy a new grill for what you would pay to have an old one switched over..
