I will be asking my Broker tomorrow, but it wouldn't hurt to know before asking....
How do you extend a listing contract, I am in California and use CAR, which form would I use and what would I need to do.

In Georgia, I have my Seller(s) sign a new Listing Agreement with new start and expiration dates.

In Georgia we have a 1 page amendment to brokerage agreement that can be used.

There is a contract addendum in Florida called "change of status form" where new date is reflected for an extension of the listing. Seller must initial, date and sign the addendum for the listing contract extension.
