Cool Oh, you noticed that too Tim???!

I think my favorite line of Realtors right now is : Price it RIGHT and it will sell !!!

And I notice all the Realtors blame the Sellers for not reducing their prices and expectations . But I've never seen a post on City Data or in the news admitting that they had ANYTHING to do with the home NOT selling .

But IF a home SELLS , the Realtors are bragging from the rooftops about what a great agent they are and how FSBO's don't work !!

The PARTY'S over PEEPS !! EVERYONE has to adjust their pricing and expectations, and that INCLUDES Realtors, as well as Sellers!!!
