If you have Inman, this is a good read.
If you don't...
Agent, who happens also to be a state legislator in South Dakota, posts a meme, "All Lives Splatter," with an image of a car plowing through stick figure people.
"Keep your **** off the street."
She says, "I think this is something we can all get behind."
And the brokerage dismisses her.
Amazing number of perturbed participants offering unqualified support to this agent.

Agents offering unqualified support for other agents no matter what kind of reckless nonsense they spout? Nah, I don't believe that for a second. Never saw anything like that.

Is it just agents or people in general when it comes to these political topics? Of course it was tasteless and the timing was awful. I highly question her wisdom, views, and decision making. It's even worse that she's an elected politician. Makes you wonder just how we can get better people in office?
BTW, her defense, if you didn't read it, was (paraphrasing) "I didn't interpret it that way. I thought it was a warning for people to stay out of the streets because it's dangerous."

One of our city council members stepped down over a similar video/meme this year on his Facebook page.
This is far from the first incident of someone being dismissed for this type of behavior. It is the first Realtor I've heard of being dismissed for this type of thing.
I kind of think that if she wasn't an elected official, it probably wouldn't have even been brought to the brokers attention.

and I didn't see even 10% of agents offering any kind of support for her actions.
She was getting skewered. There was a handful standing up for "free speech" and maybe one or 2 agreeing with the message. But that isn't an agent thing, that's a who you are thing and the fact they are all Realtors doesn't really come into play.
