You can get a commercial one rather than considering it doing yourself.

Thanks James. Yes the property had 2 small law offices and a shop on the first floor. The law forms moved out a while ago and the lease on the shop is almost up. My plan is to do an Airbnb but I need to go to the county office and confirm I can do this. It's zoned for commercial, but I need myself to go and confirm an AirBNB is allowed. Many cities have different rules with Airbnb.

Totally agree with you. My wife mentioned this to me as well. We will not accept someone else telling me what we can and can't do with the property unless it's the local government and they have something in writing or online. I would never trust a agent nor attorney with this. Too much risk involved.
