So what did you used for # 3. Listing price? Do you use the amount for one of the lots or the total amount of all the lots added together?
We have certainly listed multiple parcels that will be sold together, on one listing agreement.
I think it would be clumsy and awkward to try to make the forms fit for completely separate properties when separate agreements could be filled out in time we've already spent thinking about it.
If the properties are being sold together for one price then you can do one listing agreement and add multiple legal descriptions. If they are being sold individually, then you would want individual listing agreements.

This and keep in mind the Listing agreement is a Broker Internal Form that can be changed to meet the circumstance unlike the Texas TREC Contracts.
Easy for an agent to pencil in several properties. Note the TX Contract is for a 1 to 4 Family Residential Properties. Those 4 sold together can be on one listing agreement and one contract.
That form TXR-1011 is a form put together by the TX Association of Realtors just for their use if they do not have their own Agreements. It's not an official State Form.
