I took an 8 x 8 square glass pan, sprayed it with Olive Oil Pam and then layered in sliced zucchini, sliced onions, sliced green peppers, sliced tomatoes and then topped with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, Parmesan Cheese and then Cheddar Cheese. Baked at 350 for 1 hour and it was delicious!
