Oh, how about the theist view that this book is the inerrant word of your god? Every word must be true if this is so.

Actually, you are stating that you do not believe in this bible as truth, merely an excuse to pardon whatever actions you choose to take.

there is a word for that: hypocrisy.

Funny that you should that particuilar word since it is the same word that I used for the various religious leaders, from Pastors to the Pope. If there were not so much hypocrisy from them there would not be such probelms as child molestion, adultry, embezzlement, and even in some cases murder involved in these places of worship. You have megachurches using their congregations to become wealthy and politicians manipulating them under the auspices that they will change laws that are inline with their beliefs. So tell me what else would you call it?

To answer your question, no I do not believe everything that is written in the Bible because man is falliable and even if God told him what to write in the Bible, due to the many translations and personal additions and subtractions made by man, I in good conscious and common sense cannot and will not believe EVERYTHING in the Bible.

What first hand knowledge do you have of any additions or subtractions made by man? Please share!

Please share any information on the validity of Noah's Ark or the story of Jonah and the whale if you are really interested in Biblical embellishments.

My question to supposely "Christians" is, why is there a such a concern of rather a person believes in none or part of the Bible as long as the other person believes in God? You can not make everyone believe in him exactly the way that you do. Faith is a road that is traveled individually, because everyone has their own separate experiences.

You really should learn when and how whichever version of the bible you read was cobbled together, and why some verses were included and some were not....Do your own research.

OH, well you made the claim. I wanted to see if you had any evidence or were just making things up to attack it.

Don't have to make things up to "attack" (note that disagreement or pointing out inconsistencies is considered an attack by some) since the contradictions do such a fine job of disqualifying it as anything more than a novel.
