I would love to see if anyone might have an opinion on living at the 55+ community of Del Webb on 80 West versus the 55+ community Toscan off of Vista in Sparks?

I am thinking of moving to one of these communities and was wondering the Pros and Cons.

Thanks

Default Spoarks vs DelWebb

I moved here 6 years ago. I have lived in Sumersett during that time. I have friends living in both of the communities you mentioned and I would recommend the Sparks community due to a negative wind factor in DelWebb. I would recommend DelWebb if you think you would enjoy a fantastic view of the Sierra and a very good recreation center.
