No, not without penalty. Why would it be? Read the lease to find out how to break the lease and pay the penalty if they want out. You can also check the lease for a clause regarding when/if management changes plus you can check your state rental laws on the requirements for informing tenants on change of management/ownership. '

You don't need to receive anything from the new management company as long as the old management company gave you all of the proper info you need; new management name, address and where and how to pay the rent, etc. The previous management has to be the first to inform you anyway otherwise anyone could scam you and write to you and tell you they are new management and start collecting rent from you.
