Joking you are... I in a WHEELCHAIR Windows HIGH
Screen patch is $10 at walmart Lowes is $10 for a HUGE Roll HUUUMMM
Yes, and I know you have a son and you have neighbors and you must surely have a friend or two, or a local church that would help.
A stick-on adhesive patch kit, easy to use, is 10 patches for $5.99 on Amazon. It is beyond me why any person would choose to whine about being a victim instead of just fixing the situation, especially when the fix is so cheap and easy. And even more so when a serious allergy is involved.
Just get the holes patched and move on with your life, bee-free.

Why being snarky when a 5.99 fix would take care of your problem? Or is it "they got now I am entitled"?
Hope you have photos or other documentation to PROVE those screens were damaged before you moved in. No? You're gonna pay to replace them when you leave, so maybe pay to replace them NOW while you get to enjoy them.
That part is fine. They lost all the old records or never transferred over with the new ownership. Plan to fix the screens before we move out in a year or two.

If you are going to pay to fix them anyway, why not do it now, so you can enjoy them while you live there?
Well, the OP must be the bees knees! Ok, I couldn't help myself. I remember I had a tenant complaining about roaches. I knew tenant was a bleeping slob/roach harvester so I started a monthly exterminator service for the building. Mind you the other tenants didn't complain. Still complained. So, I told said tenant if you don't stop leaving dishes in the sink, clean bathroom and kitty litter box, etc. I would have to cite for keeping an unsanitary condition. Tenant knew what that meant. All of a sudden tenant turned to Alice from the Brady bunch.
