Martial Advice (Roanoke, Lynchburg: section 8, renting, insurance)

This post is from VA my husband and I will be married 3 years August 1st his oldest sister is a big pain in our lives believe me hubby is disabled I have a 24 year old special needs daughter, I do not like her.

It took me 2 years to go to Social Security to become his payee she comes and gets him they change payee to her she is not doing her brother right by his money but will never own up to it when I even try and mention the payee deal talk to him another thing his bank account got overdrawn little after we married, no matter way I see it I did it no I did not, we were pressured to get married I now know she did not wont to take care of him but wanted the money.

We cannot live like and have things we should for her controlling his money and he is scared of her and wont speak up I am getting sick and tired of worrying and stressing and feel it would be best I get out of this but the problem I have is no money daughters income all I have I made him head of household and lost my Section 8 worker said he could not change would have to reapply there is a waiting list.

What food stamps we get and my daughter not much another thing I have some bills I cannot even pay due to her my life insurance policy lapsed hubby and I had a bank account together way they were getting their payment I nofiied and told them but still could not make that one payment I am waiting on word once I answer the question I forgot to answer and mail back to see if they will reinstate.

Sister in law is nosy as hell to I did make a mistake on my life insurance policy concerning the beneficary she calls hubby and asks him had I got the papers yet to change it I told her no she made me mad the papers came other day and I am going to fill them out and not tell her one word I feel that is none of her business and why is she so worried I feel she will ask again if she does what should I tell her.

She only gives her brother a small amount of money out his check and he has to call her when he needs money he and I agreed on 100 dollars to give me started last month well this month she only gave me 25 dollars.

I once again need to get out of this mess because it is I feel affecting my health causing me lots of stress and worry we have an Section 8 renewal appointment on 08/24/2017 I feel no good letting the worker know that I wont to separate from him I was at one time looking for a place but everywhere is high and with what my daughter gets what bills I pay I cannot see me doing it.

Although you live in Roanoke, your posts are not about Roanoke, they are about you. Since they are about you and not Roanoke, you need to post in a City Data forum that is focused on people and relationship issues. You are in a bad place right now and you want to reach out to people who will sympathize and maybe help you. They can and will but you need to ask in the right forum not the wrong one (Roanoke).
