Hi again Roanokers,

I have another question and hope you all don't mind my asking yet another.

We are about to BURST preparing for our move at the end of September. My question is, what is the best credit union in Roanoke? Our home is in the mountains near Cave Spring if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the help!

I am very happy with FREEDOM FIRST Credit Union - very community minded and (though it doesn't affect me) they work really hard to make financial services available to those who have limited resources.

Nice! Thanks for the info! I keep hearing about Member One (Roanoker, user comments, etc.) so it's great to have another to compare to.

Freedom First is best if community commitment is important to you. Member One is best if service and online/mobile banking is important to you. Rates are comparable.
