Hello. We are looking for a rental or rent to own company. We're looking for a house (3 or 4 bedroom) that has a fenced yard and allows all pets. We have small dog, large dog, cat, and a caged bunny.
Does anyone own or know of one, please?!
Thank you in advance.

Hopefully someone will help with some info ... I have heard a lot of rentals are simply through word of mouth and yard signs ...

There are lots of Rent To Own websites and they show properties supposedly available in the area. Here's the problem - they cut and paste real estate ads for other properties, such as foreclosures, sales, standard rentas etc. These are not actually rent to own properties and the websites charge you a subscription fee to see the information details. Sometimes, that info is free but these are just lead generators for real estate agents selling/renting traditional properties.

Sometimes these are straight up swindles run by criminals. Here's an explanation of how that works.
