There is one on 419. Nature's Outlet is located in Promenade Park on 419. Maybe this new place will offer produce?

From someone who is a tenant in that building.

My concern is that the lease will be so high in price, that no one will want to start up anything in that little center. Such a waste of land.

Default New tenant for Keagy Village

According to the Roanoke Business Magazine, Pure Barre, a fitness franchise, will open up a location at Keagy Village. Besides a political office that opened recently, this will be the first new tenant in several years.

I know I am really bringing this thread back from the dead, but I am wondering does anyone have any new information on this place? I am moving to Roanoke from SoCal and my first time ever in VA was last week to find a house, I ended up finding a house within walking distance to Keagy Village and notice it is still just as empty as this thread describes. So, I'm just curious if there is any new businesses coming?

Default keagy village

That area is really beautiful but I haven't heard of anything new at keagy. I believe eventually something nice will come there like a much needed upscale grocer. The neighbors out there are very fussy about what lands at that center also. Roanoke City actively tries to recruit new retail, unlike the County.

That political office moved down the road (to Glen Heather Square I think) due to high rent, so Keagy has lost one of it's only tenants.
