With all the highly publicized negative mentions rochester have what does this city has left to offer i been here all my 30 yrs and i never seen it like this do anyone think rochester has what it take to move forward and still compete economical or is rochester a ghost own?
It isn't perfect, it isn't a ghost town either. There are jobs there, but they are create or are available at smaller companies. So, chasing big company smokestacks isn't cutting it anymore. Education is a big key and is very important. It doesn't matter if it is college, a trade/vocational program or through the military, you have to go beyond a HS diploma/GED and having a willingness to work. So, with that in mind, Rochester still has something to offer.

You might want to open your eyes as Rochester is doing quite well and better than a majority of this country.
