USAA also has a car buying service. Have not used it yet but they claim to save you a lot of money if you use it.

Sorry, I have been traveling and off the internet. YES, either Costco or USAA have WONDERFUL opportunities, but you need to figure out what you want and then have them both (or either) do your bidding for the best price.

I bought my Corolla at Red McCombs after going to the other three dealers. They treated me right. I couldn't get a soul to even wait on me at Alamo Toyota.

I didn't buy my Toyota there, but I get it serviced at North Park Toyota and have been very happy with the service. Plus I feel like I'm hanging out in a country club while I wait.

Thanks for this info.

I bought my Tacoma at Red McCombs and got it serviced there for a while, but they made me wait hours and hours even if I had an appointment.
So I started going to Alamo Toyota for service instead, but I've had problems with their quality of work.

I think I will start going to Northpark now.

The dealers seem to take this website seriously and some even respond to reviews. Star ratings you see above are as of today (7/15/15).

Glad it was useful. It is to me. I can't comment on Alamo Toyota personally but they have some really bad online reviews!

I am going to update this thread and say that I have had to cross Northpark off my list as they have really gone down hill with their current General Manager.

I have been using them for awhile for parts, service and even bought a new car from them before but have since switched to Toyota of Boerne for parts and service.
