Not sure, but they closed several months ago. Did you have a good experience there? We didn't....too many teenagers with attitudes on the waitstaff, and the food was just so-so. We went once, and never went back. Shame, it could have been a nice little place.....

we always had great food/service when we went. That's a shame as we enjoyed going there.

Oh god, don't tell me they couldn't compete with Shorty's! I'm still hoping that place flops.

Article says 'several years' before they even look at expansion outside of these first Dallas-area locations.

I repeat: San Antonio NOT confirmed. Not anywhere. Just mentioned as a 'possibility' at this point.

Realistically yours,

My guess is their sales are going to be through the roof in DFW right off the bat. It won't be long before they realize just how big of a mistake they made not coming to TX sooner. With that said, I doubt it will be long before they are breaking ground in Houston, SA and Austin.

Couple of observations about In and Out coming to San Antonio. First of all, how many burger places do we need, especially chains burger places. Secondly, with the influx of all the California immigrants, they will probably do well here. Thirdly, they can take my locally owned Bobby J's, Chris Madrid's or Bracken Cafe burgers when they can pry them from my cold dead hands

When Krispy Kreme opened in San Antonio a few years ago, their sales was phenomenal so they decided to expand more within the city.

Well we all know what happened shortly after that....

I have this strange feeling that In-N-Out will be very cautious about expanding here based on what happened to Krispy Kreme and Krystal burgers.

I'm headed to San Diego in July and was really looking forward to trying an In n Out.....now I might as well just go to Dallas and get one. I don't see why we need it here. God knows we don't!
