I wonder if the quarry businesses back off their usage at 5PM. Hope so. Have you seen the size of the transmission lines feeding those operations?
Takes a lot of juice to make rocks into powder.

I once worked for a large user of electricity and we worked hard to (barely) make max consumption every month in order to hit the amount for a substantial discount for quantity use. It kicked in at 50,000 kw per month and we were always close.
