Not in its entirety of course. Destruction is the objective...but "Greatly diminished" would be a more accurate description of the current status.

I'm not sure anyone really knows how much power they wield. But its surely considerable, and compared to the average person - represents total domination. For example, the average person has basically no power at all, none whatsoever. However, the elite wields infinitely more power, because they have equal personal political power (voting is at parity) but they wield vastly superior and disproportionate INFLUENCE via their connections and/or wealth/resources/access to government policy.

So I think they probably have MUCH MORE power than the general public likely believes, as the average person would both tend to over-estimate their own influence (and say it was some non-zero value despite it being demonstrably nil), while under-estimating the power of the elites (of which they have little or no personal information or knowledge and no method or process by which to objectively assess the power wielded by any elite).

There isn't a single billionaire that isn't currently or hasn't been involved with some Rothschild person or entity, so what's the point?

The Rothschilds own our central bank - the Federal Reserve. Of course, their tentacles are in everything.
